The lovely garden and patio areas offered charming spots to relax, and the dinner menu had delicious local dishes that I appreciated.

Location: the hotel was not far from mountains, waterfalls, apple farms and a beautiful garden and fjord and free car park. All the staff was extremely friendly and very friendly, tackled my issues. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel TV, and a writing desk.
Some of the staff were particularly busy.

Got Wheelchair Accessible room with balcony overlooking fjord and Fjord view, as example as expected. The location was favourable, walking distance from Marina. The service we got was excellent.

Outdoor hot tub by the fjord, fine fjord views, sauna overlooking the fjord
Cold outdoor jacuzzi experience could be improved!!! Some rooms have outdated decor which really shows!!! Room maintenance could focus more on modernizing facilities!!! Bathroom amenities lacking in essential comforts!!!

We liked the lobby and the location as well as the garden. All this was really beautiful
the room we stayed in, 504, was not a room you would pay 2250 NOK per night. Furnitures was beyond well used, door to the balcony was very difficult to open, no spare pillows in the room, two in a queen. Bo internet, no information about services in the hotel like restaurants and menues. Also at that price I would expect to be able to read a newspaper in the lobby without paying for it or get a cup of complementary coffee. The wieners for breakfast were Luke warm as were the fried eggs with almost uncooked bacon on top

The sauna experience by the fjord was good. We really enjoyed relaxing there after exploring the nearby hiking trails. The outdoor hot tub added an extra touch of luxury to our stay.

The location around 4-6 minutes' walk from city centre was stunning and wonderful. Moreover, it was relatively near B-Nature...

I enjoyed its extremely friendly and very amiable employees.
Every detail there was nice. Good sized rooms and an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV included. The breakfast was very very good and delicious and provided with rather ordinary food. The hotel was in a beautiful and amazing location, on the most beautiful fjord. Moreover, it was right by Ulvik, the deep end of the Hardangerfjord in Norway, the lake and majestic mountains: )

The fjord view from our room was fine, I mean it seemed like a painted postcard! The balcony was perfect for sippin' coffee and baskin' in that natural beauty. Just a heads up, dinner's pricey, but man, that chef knows what's up. Definitely ask for a fan if ya don't wanna feel stuffy at night.

The hotel receives too many travel groups during summer time. Some of the rooms are too close to the 'busy' elevator, which are very noizy even in late evenings. There aren't many choices for dinner buffet or breakfast, as there are mainly prepared for travel groups.

Fine fjord views from the room, complemented by a clean and stylish atmosphere throughout the hotel. Local products featured in the restaurant menu added a pleasant touch, and the outdoor areas by the fjord provided a perfect setting for relaxation. Some common areas felt a bit neglected and could use more attention, while the breakfast options, although good, could benefit from a few more choices. The experience was enjoyable, but there's room for improvement in certain aspects.
